I'm able to login to the Blackberry and Good support portals, but I'm unable to open a New case.
I've called the Support number and it asks for my Blackberry Technical Support number, but my Account/Org Numbers are not working.
This is very frustrating as I just need to open a case and not talk to 1000 robots.
Best bet is contacting your sales rep. They should be able to sort this for you.
I looked up your account using your e-mail address and I don't see an active support contract. I also think it would be best to contact your sales rep to get this sorted out. Unfortunately tech support cannot help with these kinds of issues.
