My Blackberry Link has stopped working as well. The first time, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the software and that fixed it but only briefly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I saw online that it is no longer being supported but I can't find confirmation of that anywhere.
Does anyone actually respond to these questions as this one was first posed in May 17? I have a similar problem as my PC does not now seem to recognise my phone, and also just found out that the battery in my Blackberry Classic is not holding its charge but cannot be replaced - so is the only solution to buy another phone? Answers on a postcard please in case no one knows how to respond!
It seems quite obvious why Blackberry has lost so much market share doesn't it ? I see absolutely nobody responds t the posts. I also am having issues with Blackberry Link so I searched and read this blog. No replies, no support and nobody seems to give a hoot.
Reason why I decided to completely give up ever purchasing any Blackberry devices. Android or not the support is absolutely NON EXISTENT.
