I've just bought a new iPad Pro and have installed Good for Enterprise. On my Work Laptop I've accessed the Good Control Centre and generated an Access Key so that I can set up Good on my iPad. However when I go to use it I get an Authentication Failed message claiming that the email or access key are incorrect - they aren't incorrect as I've checked many times and attempted several different access keys.
I thought that it might be because I have an apostrophe in my email address? However I've discovered that this issue isn't limited to me so it's likely that the apostrophe is not the issue but probably something related to settings or configuration?
Any help would be appreciated!
